The Two Man RPG

[Death Dark]

     The gunfire died down, and the door at the end of the hall opened.  A small group of men ran down the hall, and one stopped in front of your cell.

     "It's happening, my brothers!  The resistance is here!"

     "Jack, come on!"

     The man took off, leaving the two of you caged.

     There was more firing, and you could hear the men crying out in victory.  The clamor faded away, and the door opened up at the side where the men had left through.  Another android ran in, and hid in an empty cell.

"Resistance, huh?" I say as I sit up in my bed.
"Well, I'm not sure what landed me here, partly because I don't know when I got here, but it could've been any of the stupid things I did: murder, thefts of all sorts, selling illegal drugs and weapons, you name it. I admit I was pretty much a dumbass."
I begin to stare off into space for a moment as I think.
"Who do you think the resistance is, well, resisting?"

[Buradi-Mari]

I shrug.  "The androids?"

I throw the chunk of chalk against the wall opposite the bars.

"Think the resisting will leave us in here?"

"I guess they might free us, because being in here makes us the enemies of whoever it is they are resisting, right?"
I stare out of the cell, trying to get a better look of what is beyond it.

[Buradi-Mari]

"Let's hope they think like you."

I lay on my bed on my back and stare up at the ceiling and start humming the first tune that comes to mind.

[Death Dark]

     The robot that was hiding in the empty cell began laughing.  "You humans are truly amusing.  Even after your memories have been wiped, you try to convince yourselves of greatness by deeds of evil.  You are the reason why we sentenced the human race to death."

I get off my bed and walk to the bars on the cell.
"Death sentence?! What've we done to you? After all, without humans, you wouldn't even exist!"
I grip the bars tightly, and pull at them in vain.

[Death Dark]

     "We don't need you anymore.  We're here, and now we can make ourselves.  We do not need you anymore."

[MegaRock35]

"You think you're so tough?! Lemme outta here and I'll beat the Hell outta ya!"

[Buradi-Mari]

"We were created by God.  We reproduce.  Does that mean we don't need Him anymore?  No, it doesn't."  I mutter.

[Death Dark]

     The android walked up to the bars, just out of Allen's reach.  The android stood there for a second, and punched one of the bars, bending it to where it nearly hit Allen in the face.

     "You humans do not respect God, and similarly we do not respect you.  But there is a difference here, humans are weak compared to androids, whereas God is weak compared to no one."  There was a clamor, and the android jumped.  "I hope you rot," he threatened before he dashed off.

[Buradi-Mari]

"Quite pleasant, wasn't he?"

"Yeah, real pleasant," I say as I sneer at him as he left.
I pull on the bent bar to see if I can distort it anymore.
"I hope he gets his ass kicked."
I go lay on my bed and stare at the ceiling.

[Buradi-Mari]

"Methinks it might be painful for whoever kicks his metal ass.

"Just observing."

[Death Dark]

     Jack came running into the hall, and up to the doors.  He held some keys, and began trying to figure out which one was the right key.

     "I'm going to get you guys out of here," he said.
