As you mentioned, the main site is in need of help.  The comics could use more attention, maybe more content updated more often, and the content made sure to be of quality.  I would also like to point out this in our description on the MegaMan Topsites:  "Updated with a new comic at least once a week."

I, personally, will attempt to start working on the Rainmeter skins to upgrade their looks and provide new skins.

^Bring those back, sirrah, and start to advertise them, and you might see an upturn of people coming. Really one of the major things that needs to be done is to get the word out that this site exists. Though, we will still need to work on several of the things that the original post suggested.
