Here is my OC (do not steal), Decelerator. He based off of Accelerator from the Chinese Anime To Alu Majutsu no Index.

    here is my OC (original character do not steal I will call the FBI) his name is Decelerator
    Age: same as accelerator
    Gender: male duh can't you tell by looking at him?
    backgorund: Decelerator is the long lost brother of Accelerator they share the same ability however Decelerator is only able to make scalars reflect in reverse; i.e deceleration for you guys who do not know physics or anything like that
    Decelerator has has an angelmode, which I cone Decelerangel, where he gains wings that let him manipulate the vectors of every scalar, allowing him to decelerate all objects. Decelerator, in his normal form, is able to decelerate your blood flow and make you die from blood loss, he can also make you asphyxiate AND make your brain only send signals backwards, which means you can't think
    his real name is Warumaru Shirosamurai


I forgot to mention but decelerator also has his own shota that follows him around, he calls his shota Picomaru because he reminds him of a picture of a maru (maru means dragon in nihongo, I know because I have taken 3 months of classes and know all the words from watching my animes)
Decelerator does not like his brother Accelerator because Accelerator is a jerk but Decelerator is not and he will always fight for justice his best friends with Kamijou Touma-kun, they go on adventures together and Decelerator is able to decelerate the negative energy of the imagine breaker so that Touma can make the most use of his ability without canceling his good fortune, although decelerator often says ?????????(romaji: fukou da) which means, literally, "I'll have to use that" when he actives his ability
fyi his ability is called Accelerate in Reverse for the Awakening of the True Hero (Decelerate for short)
